Affiliate Program Agreement

Between You, the Affiliate, and Full-Year-Notebooks.com,(FYN)

Affiliate websites

  1. You, the affiliate, are not an employee of FYN. You are an independent contractor.
     

  2. You, the affiliate, are solely responsible for any and all materials on your site. You shall not place anything considered to be illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene or pornographic, threatening, abusive or hateful. FYN reserves the right to ask you to remove our logo, buttons, banners or text links to the FYN site if we disagree with anything displayed on your site.
     

  3. You, the affiliate, agrees not to send any unsolicited email regarding FYN. We have a NO SPAM tolerance level at FYN.
     

  4. FYN reserves the right to pre-approve any graphics used to link to FYN.
     

  5. You, the affiliate agrees to keep any price related advertising updated according to FYN's current prices.
     

  6. FYN reserves the right to monitor the affiliates website at any time in regards to compliance with this agreement.
     

  7. You, the affiliate agrees to receive occasional email from FYN regarding the products, services, promotions and other opportunities that are available to FYN affiliates and customers.
     

  8. You, the affiliate agrees to not use predatory advertising methods such as pop-ups, overlays, or any deceptive ads. FYN requires that you uphold our standards of integrity and honesty in all advertising and promoting of FYN.
     

  9. You, the affiliate shall not make any claims, promises, warranties or representation or other statement concerning any product or service offered by FYN without prior written consent of FYN.
     

Commissions

  1.  If more than one affiliate claims the same commission for a sale, FYN will decide which affiliate receives the commission.
     

  2. FYN will, on or about the 30th of each month, deposit into a PayPal account your affiliate commissions for the previous month. For example, you would be paid on or about March 30 for February sales. If you choose to be paid by check, then a fee of $3 will be deducted from your fees for processing and mailing of the check.
     

  3. FYN reserves the right to hold any funds while investigating any suspected cases of fraud.
     

  4. Payments will be made in US dollars - no foreign currency.
     

  5. You, the affiliate agree to keep your contact information up to date, especially email address.
     

  6. Any product or service returns will require that commissions be taken from future affiliate commissions and/or reimbursed to FYN by the affiliate.
     

  7. Currently, FYN offers an affiliate product called "The Full-Year Notebook System" but may add other products in the future which may or may not be affiliate products. If a person is referred to the FYN website and a purchase is made of a product that is not an affiliate product, FYN will not be responsible for paying affiliate commissions on that product.
     

  8. You, the affiliate will receive a 35% commission for each sale that was referred to FYN by you as long as the product was an affiliate product.
     

  9. You, the affiliate will receive a 15% commission for each sale by an affiliate member that was referred to FYN by you.
     

  10. You, the affiliate will only receive commissions when a sale has been completed and monies from the sale have been transfered to FYN. If a referring customer does not pay for the merchandise, then you, the affiliate, will not receive commissions for that person.
     

Terms of this Agreement

  1. FYN reserves the right to terminate this agreement with you, the affiliate, at any time.
     

  2. You, the affiliate, have the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to FYN.
     

  3. FYN reserves the right to post any modifications to this agreement at any time at the Full-Year Notebooks website at http://full-year-notebooks.com/aff/terms.html
     

  4. FYN reserves the right to establish the policies and procedures for relations to their customers for their products and services without any limitation. FYN reserves the right to refuse service or sale of a product to any customer for any reason as determined by FYN. This includes the right to discontinue a product or service at anytime as deemed necessary by FYN.
     

  5. FYN will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever if it's website fails or is non-operational for any reason.
     

  6. This agreement is the entire agreement between FYN and its affiliates. This document supersedes any prior negotiations, agreements or understandings, if any.
